Abstract

Organizational interventions aim to improve employee health and wellbeing through changing the way work is organized, designed and managed. Such changes require significant behavioural changes and changes to organizational policies, practices and procedures, which are not easy to achieve. In this workshop, we focus on the “how to” organizational interventions and in an interactive way learn about how we can design and implement organizational interventions.
