The University of Trento, has co-financed the acquisition of new instrumentation of the Electron Microscopy (EM) Unit, which is part of the Laboratory of Micro & Structural Analysis of the Department of Industrial Engineering. The new set up is now open to reaserch.
The event is meant to illustrate the capabilities afforded by these new experimental tools:
- Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope;
- Cryogenic Ultramicrotome;
- Ion-mill and Ion Polisher.
