Abstract:

AQC originates as an application of quantum adiabatic theorem to solve optimization problems. Indeed it turns out to be polynomially equivalent to quantum circuit model then it is universal for quantum computation. I would like to give an informal introduction to AQC and discuss an example to solve a 3-SAT problem.
