Latest updates on Spanish BioLaw: Euthanasia and abortion before the Spanish Constitutional Court

In 2023 the Spanish Constitutional Court examined the constitutionality of two iconic BioLaw Spanish laws: those legalising abortion and euthanasia. In this seminar we will address their current Spanish regulation and the common arguments developed by the Spanish Constitutional Court to uphold their constitutionality.
