Judith Revel is professor of contemporary philosophy at the Université Paris Nanterre. A specialist in Michel Foucault’s philosophy, her work deals with French and Italian thought after 1945, at the crossroads of political thought, historiography, and aesthetics. Among her publications, Michel Foucault: Une pensée du discontinu (Paris, 2010), and Foucault avec Merleau-Ponty: Ontologie politique, présentisme et histoire (Paris, 2015)
