Partnership for Knowledge - PfK - is a higher education initiative of the Italian Cooperation aimed at providing life-changing opportunities by offering PhD fellowships. One of the grants is offered to citizens from Kenya, Mozambique, Pakistan, Albania, Lebanon, Ethiopia and Tunisia, interested in enrolling in one of the following Doctoral Programs of the University of Trento in the area of Sustainable Energy, Environment and Industrial Innovation:
Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering
Materials, Mechatronic and Systems Engineering
Information and Communication Technology
Academic activities are scheduled over 36 months, tentatively from November 2019 to November 2022.
The scholarship, paid under the Partnership for Knowledge project financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and joined by the University of Trento, covers international travel expenses (1 return ticket from/to home country), health insurance, university fees and VISA related costs. A monthly allowance of about 1.350 €/month will be paid for living expenses.
Application procedure:
STEP 1: Explore the academic offer and choose the most suitable PhD program from the list above.
STEP 2: Submit the required documents to PFKapplication [at] aics.gov.it.
STEP 3: Notification: inform the Agency of your application by filling the notification form. Applications submitted to PFK.application [at] aics.gov.it , which are not matched by the AICS notification form, will not be considered.
Deadline: application will be open from April 1st to June 20th 2019 !!! DEADLINE EXTENDED!!!
