ESNsurvey 2019:international student mobility and active citizenship

Survey about international student mobility and active citizenship

Versione stampabile

The ESNsurvey is a Europe-wide research project covering different topics concerning student mobility and education. It is the largest project of its kind carried out solely by volunteers.
Every year the ESNsurvey team creates a questionnaire for European Higher Education Institutions’ students, in order to collect information about students’ experiences abroad.
The answers to the report are published every year in the “ESNsurvey Report”, shared with the major skateholders in international student mobility, like European Commission, National Erasmus+ Agencies and Higher Education Institutions

This year’s edition of the ESNsurvey covers the topic of active citizenship and international student mobility. Using the results of this questionnaire, the aim is understanding what is the impact of studying abroad in the development of a student’s citizenship engagement from a political, civil, and social perspective.
The study targets students that have been abroad recently, students currently on exchange, and students with no exchange experience.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to fill in and is anonymous.
