As in previous years, the University of Trento is launching a user satisfaction survey to evaluate the services it provides. The survey is a management tool with which the University can monitor the quality of services, identify areas for improvement and plan specific interventions.
The structure of the questionnaire of this year's survey, coordinated by the Quality Committee, has slightly changed: in agreement with the Evaluation Group, the University has adopted the instruments and survey methodology of the "Good Practice" project that has already been adopted by fifty State universities.
The questionnaire, which takes 15 minutes to complete, is anonymous and can be filled out online by 26 September 2022 at the link provided in the email from the President of the University Quality Committee, Professor Dario Petri, that was sent on 12 September.
