Franco Fraccaroli, professor of work and organizational psychology at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science of the University of Trento, is among the winners of the Emerald Literati Awards 2018 in the “Outstanding Author Contributions” category.
His article “Job Design and Older Workers”, co-authored by Sara Zaniboni and Donald Truxillo, which appeared in volume 17 of Advanced Series in Management (“Age Diversity in the Workplace”), has been selected as one of the most exceptional pieces of work the editorial team has seen throughout 2017.
The Emerald Literati Awards were established over 25 years ago by Emerald Publishing to celebrate and reward the outstanding contributions of authors and reviewers to scholarly research. The criteria used to judge the awards include, among others, internationality, diversity, and a desire to ensure reader and author experience is the best it can be.
