Almost 900 kg of fresh food products – dairy products, fruit and vegetables, meat and eggs – that should have been used to prepare meals in local kindergartens, temporarily closed, were donated to Trentinosolidale, which managed to distribute it to people in need.
In times like these, it is important to join forces and do our best to reduce food waste: that is one of the objectives of the Nutrire Trento project, established by the memorandum of understanding of UniCittà, and of the food policy of Trento.
