Apply to the EIT Manufacturing Master School double degree programme – track Data Science and AI for a Competitive Manufacturing (DS) within the Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Trento.
This unique programme integrates manufacturing science, information and communication technology, including the use and adoption of advanced digital solutions and platforms into a cohesive educational experience, complemented by a specialized track in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The program offers mobility, mentorship, networking, innovation and entrepreneurship, including relevant training on how to transform ideas into businesses. Students will learn how to develop business models, business cases and business plans. EIT Manufacturing Master’s graduates can be able to generate startups or innovation within manufacturing companies and ecosystems, contributing to European competitiveness, environmental sustainability, and the creation of new jobs.

EIT Manufacturing Mobility Scheme
Being a double degree programme means that you will study at two European universities in two different countries that have partnered with EIT Manufacturing: one year at the University of Trento, and the other year at SUPSI (Switzerland), or UCD (Ireland), or Ecole Centrale Nantes (France).
At the end of the program, a Master's degree will be awarded by both universities involved in the mobility scheme. Moreover, students be awarded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) the EIT Label, a certificate of quality and excellence for educational programmes that are focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity and leadership.
The study cycle has 120 ECTS credits:
- technical courses 60 ECTS
- specialization 15 ECTS
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship courses 30 ECTS
- Master Thesis 30 ECTS
