Vittorio G. Hösle is Professor of Arts and Letters, and Concurrent Professor of Philosophy and of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame (IN-USA). His scholarly interests include systematic philosophy (metaphysics, ethics, aesthetics, political theory) and history of philosophy (mainly ancient and modern). Among his publications, which have appeared in twenty languages, Der philosophische Dialog (Beck, 2006; It. trans. 2021) and God as Reason (Notre Dame Press, 2013).
