a) Athenian houses of Classical times “embodying ideals of citizenship”, “a symbolic statement that the household supported the ideals of the citizen state” (Nevett 2023, 105)?
b) Which are the main differences between ancient houses and ours?
c) What can we learn from the images of daily life in an ancient house?
