Recent surveys highlight the importance of having a rich set of specific skills along with soft skills in order to enter the world of work. These soft skills include, for example, conflict management, effective leadership, problem-solving, goal-oriented work, and emotional intelligence.
For this reason, the Job Guidance office, in collaboration with Assoservizi, offers training courses on soft skills using a game-based approach, both in Italian and in English.
The courses have a length of 4 hours and are conducted in presence or online.
The courses on soft skills are scheduled according to the calendar. Registration is possible exclusively online through the forms indicated each time.
Participation is open to the entire student community of UniTrento, subject to registration and availability.
A participation certificate is issued upon attending the entire cycle of courses and completing the satisfaction questionnaire.
