BIO

Maurizio Giangiulio is Full Professor at the Department of Humanities in Trento. He is an ancient Greek historian, with a special interest in Greek oral traditions, social memory, and historiography. He is also a specialist of ancient democracies.

Luca Pes is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law in Trento. He has got a two-sided scholarly background - juridical and anthropological. His main research interests are comparative law, legal anthropology, and family law.
